It's official. After so many leaks, Microsoft officially announced today that starting this Friday, September 5, the Xbox 360 Arcade will be priced at $199, with the Xbox 360 Premium Edition selling for $299 and the top-of-the-line Xbox 360 Elite available for $399. With the entry-level Xbox 360 selling for $199, Microsoft now has the cheapest of the current generation of consoles on the market, $50 lower than the Wii.
