就demo那ai强烈不满啊,可以从容的在一堆人群中挤开一条路,怎么没人来砍我啊啊啊啊啊

Every day, the internet gets into some kinda tizzy, just like clockwork (if clockwork was prone to TYPE IN ALL CAPS AND USE TOO MANY EXCLAMATION MARKS!!1). Today's tempest in a teacup comes to you courtesy of a slight error in a discussion about Resident Evil 5 controls. Back in early December, a member of Capcom's crack team (who actually knows better, oops!) misspoke when asked about the new controls, saying the "action" controls (as they were known at TGS, but not in the final game) would allow players to move and shoot at the same time.

To correct this whoopsie: THE NEW CONTROL OPTIONS IN RESIDENT EVIL 5 DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO MOVE AND SHOOT SIMULTANEOUSLY. While RE5 is very action-heavy, the base RE game design mechanic of holding fast while shooting remains. This mechanic will be immediately familiar to any of the 36+ million people who have played previous Resident Evil games, but may require some mental readjustments by players who are new to the series.

In every Resident Evil game, there are always consequences for your actions; combat, while an important part of the game, requires a steady hand and the correct timing. Have you ever tried walking (much less running) while shooting? If you have, you'll know how hard it is to hit a target while in motion. This design  reinforces the importance of playing co-op, as having a partner watching your back is crucial for success in the game.

The newer controls (which are selectable from the easily-accessed Options menu while in game) allow players to choose from four control schemes. The first two (A and B) are very, very similar to what you would consider "classic" Resident Evil controls. The second pair (C and D) are newer variants, mostly focused on moving more natural motion to the second analog stick on your 360 or PS3 controller. For the first time, you will be able to strafe in a Resident Evil game, just not while shooting! C and D will be the right choices to experiement with if you are coming off of games like Lost Planet, Gears of War or Call of Duty. A and B are where you should stick if you have played past Resident Evil titles and want to stay true to the purity of the original.

TO REPEAT: THERE IS NO "RUN AND GUN" IN RESIDENT EVIL 5. Don't believe me? Go download the demo on either the 360 or PS3 and see fer yerself. Sorry for the confusion!
