(转)IGN访谈:《死亡空间:血统》制作人访谈/新画面

《死亡空间:血统》已经迅速变成了最激烈讨论的非任天堂为第一方的Wii游戏。随之而来的是许多新画面、视频、访谈等等,大家都期待着它的初现。我们会及时更新该作的新画面,而以下,则是IGN与Steve Papoutsis——该作的执行制作人的首次访谈。

IGN:当你公布《死亡空间:血统》的时候,你说它是一部在铁轨上的设计游戏——而这让一些fans们失望了。关于那些怀疑者们说的该作的游戏感觉会次于360平台的《死亡空间》,你是如何认为的?

Steve:当我们发布该作的时候,我们被fans们的热情给惊呆了。我可以告诉那些怀疑者们,我们的团队是在不断创新的。《死亡空间:血统》将会包括各种元素让大家印象深刻:Stasis系统、心灵遥感、肢解战术、无重力环境等等。同时也将加入很多新的特色,比如新人物、新武器、新敌人、新BOSS、新特点、新环境等。我们的目标是在任天堂Wii平台上创作一个全新的游戏,而我们正在这样做。


IGN:跟我们说说该作的主角吧。她是个怎样的人?她的目的是什么?她的故事主线是否与360版本的《死亡空间》有关?

Steve:关于Lexine,我打算先不说,暂时保持神秘感。我只能说她在游戏里的地位十分重要,她年龄大约20几岁。在游戏中你会很快被她的美丽所吸引,我保证玩家们一定会喜欢她。


IGN:Stasis系统和肢解系统在游戏中是怎样的呢?请解释一下操作的方法吧。

Steve:使用Stasis系统,玩家们需要用到Wii Remote,对准靠近的敌人按Stasis键。而肢解系统,你能想象的到,使用Wii Remote对准敌人的四肢,让他着火然后分解,爆 炸。


IGN:游戏中有什么新武器吗?能否举例说明如何使用?

Steve:新武器中的一种,叫做Arc Welder,它会产生火焰,放出能量,对敌人进行造成比较大的伤害,而且会根据敌人数量而增强伤害效果。其他的武器效果暂时保密。


IGN:游戏 到底有多血 腥呢?能否给出例子。

Steve:作为《死亡空间》系列的作品,其血腥程度,玩家们可以想象,与以前的作品是差不多的。开始玩了之后你就会发现。

March 16, 2009 - Dead Space Extraction is quickly becoming one of the most talked about, heated, and anticipated games on the Wii outside of Nintendo's own first party offerings, with news, screens, interviews, and trailers spawning all sorts of discussion on the world of on-rails shooters, and the debut of the critically acclaimed franchise from EA. We were the first to show off details on Extraction, and we're continuing our coverage with fresh new screens today, as well as a quick interview with Steve Papoutsis, the executive producer on the project. We pick his brain on the game's buzz thus far, as well as of course the topic everyone is talking about; the game's on-rails nature.

IGN: When you unveiled Dead Space Extraction, you revealed it is an on-rails shooter – a truth that disappointed some fans. What would you say to skeptics fearful that the end experience will be less interactive than Dead Space was on 360?

Steve: When we announced the game I was amazed at the passion Dead Space fans had for the franchise. I would tell the Skeptics that our team is passionate about innovation. Extraction is going to include all of the mechanics that made Dead Space a memorable experience: Stasis, Telekinesis, Strategic Dismemberment, and Zero-G . Our game is going to also deliver on some all new features like Co-op that really involves both players for example cooperative puzzles, brand new weapons, new characters, new enemies, new bosses, new story, and new locations. Our goal is to create an all new experience on the Nintendo Wii that feels custom built for that platform, and I think we are on track to do that.


IGN: Tell us some more about the main character. Who is she? What is her motivation? And does her storyline relate at all to the tale in the 360 title?

Steve: I'd like to keep Lexine a bit of a mystery for a while longer. I will say that she plays an important role in the game, she is in her early 20's, and you are introduced to her pretty quickly in the game. We want to make sure players enjoy her as a character.

IGN: How do the stasis and dismemberment systems work in the game? Please explain the controls.

Steve: To use Stasis the player will point their Wii Remote at an approaching enemy or object then hit the Stasis button to fire the Stasis projectile at the threat. Dismemberment works as you would expect, aim your Wii Remote at an enemies limb and fire, pop goes the Necromorph.

IGN: What new weapons are in the game? Can you give us a few examples of how they work?

Steve: One of the new weapons is the Arc Welder and how it works is it fires out a bolt of energy that arc's between enemies causing more damage depending on how many enemies it comes into contact with. I want to keep the other new weapons a surprise for now.

IGN: Just how bloody does the experience get? Can you give us a couple examples.

Steve: Well Extraction is a Dead Space game, so players can expect just as much gore and blood as they saw in the original game. As far as examples you will have to come play the game with me soon to find out.

问题是做成这种游戏的话,互动性大幅削减,RPG要素大幅削减,游戏的节奏和时间的可控性大幅降低。
而且最近轨道光枪有点多了,再好也不能总吃一道菜吧
