The idea Loeb is pushing is sensible enough: Sony should split its movies and music division off from the rest of the company and make it a separate, publicly traded firm with an initial public offering for a 15-20% stake in the company, backstopped by Third Point.

这个是Leob信件之后的事情 你不喜欢看二道贩子的文章可以选择直接看彭博社的报道，是不是索尼考虑过把整个娱乐部门IPO，标题就可以看到花旗和摩根斯坦利了吧

没说出售游戏业务啊，是整个Entertainment业务IPO啊……

几个制造游戏机的都不行了。索尼连年亏损，微软无心恋战，任天堂基本完蛋。最后回归本源走到PC的大旗下。游戏结束。
