The Next update for the much anticipated Playstation home is said to be on Thursday 18th December 2008, in which Home will become an OPEN BETA allowing everyone to download it from their regional stores. In a Statement a few weeks ago from Ted (An official Rep for Sony Europe), He said "for those who did not receive a beta code don't worry, the Open beta is just around the corner."
So For all those people that have said that Home will be out Before Christmas, I think you could be correct!
Let's hope that more content will join in on the transformation of the closed Beta to the Open Beta.
P.S. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you have created a club, you will have to recreate your club after Home goes live, as Sony are deleting ALL clubs in ALL regions when home goes Public.
