R87 Changes:
Changed the discID reading, now all 32 bytes of it are written into the
memory, this fixes Metroid Prime 1
Made Disc Region Video Mode to the default video mode, renamed system

settings
video mode to Force Wii Region Video Mode
Added/changed a few comments
