The game is compatible with the Wii MotionPlus and the Nunchuck.
Miyamoto walked out on stage – out of his avatar basically – and demoed how to use the controls in the game.
You can cut grass and plants, still, the Slingshot uses MotionPlus, you can roll bombs now with style similar to bowling.
The bow am arrow is back, and you can use a beetle to pick up items, and fly the thing around like a remote camera. You can shoot ‘em too.
Link can now use a whip, and if you want to switch to your sword, MotionPlus make it easier to switch weapons and scroll through your items system.
Miyamoto said the game will be out next year.
