根据The Verge网站的直播翻译

－陪审团在3天的时间里作出这样的判决，速度比想象要快很多，因为涉及到700多项决定
－三星在美国销售的机型名字太多，看得我头晕，基本上，除了Ace这款可能是基本低端机型，大部分的手机都侵犯了Apple诸如滚动反弹之类的专利，部分机型涉及外观抄袭，Galaxy Tab类的机型侵犯专利较少
－Apple所有专利有效
－Samsung指控Apple无效
－Samsung被判罚金10亿美元

觉得有点可惜，抛开抄袭不抄袭不说，好不容易有人在手机方面可以跟苹果形成一点竞争。

也不能这么说，现在做起来了，有钱请更好的设计师了
gs3虽然卫生巾了点，确实是没抄什么的，而且看久了也没第一眼那么丑了

Today was an important day for Apple and for innovators everywhere.

Many of you have been closely following the trial against Samsung in San Jose for the past few weeks. We chose legal action very reluctantly and only after repeatedly asking Samsung to stop copying our work. For us this lawsuit has always been about something much more important than patents or money. It’s about values. We value originality and innovation and pour our lives into making the best products on earth. And we do this to delight our customers, not for competitors to flagrantly copy.

We owe a debt of gratitude to the jury who invested their time in listening to our story. We were thrilled to finally have the opportunity to tell it. The mountain of evidence presented during the trial showed that Samsung’s copying went far deeper than we knew.

The jury has now spoken. We applaud them for finding Samsung’s behavior willful and for sending a loud and clear message that stealing isn’t right.

I am very proud of the work that each of you do.

Today, values have won and I hope the whole world listens.

结果跟三星所谓的“美国人民在手机方面的选择变少了”恰恰相反，因为这次判决，人们在手机方面的选择才变多了。

至少不用只能再苹果手机和像苹果的手机里面挑手机了。

抄了就是抄了，有什么好辩解的？假如apple输了，棒子不是一样可以挥舞专利大棒（参考棒子国的判决）。而且10亿美元只是前奏，下面向法院申请禁售才是大戏。
