cannot agree with you more, actually the Chinese accent is acceptable compare to Malay English, HK English, Singapore Eng, and India English... They speak English as their own language( i mean the tone, grammar , etc.,)

Jap English is totally twisted!

Exactly! A lot of Eu languages has this "RR" sound, I could never make it.
