去年年中某索尼股东要平井出售游戏部门那阵子你也发帖表示强烈关注了？

软饭只会嚼二道新闻？Loeb从来没提过游戏业务的出售，而且就算是Loeb提到的拆分电影音乐业务，也只是要求其向公众出售15%的股份，索尼仍然将会占有85%的股份

Of particular regret is Sony’s venerable TV business which has sadly languished as a loss leader for the Company for nearly a decade, but now appears poised to return to profitability in coming quarters.”

“Sony stands at the crossroads of compelling corporate opportunity and massive Japanese economic reform.” In other words, the time is ripe for real change rather than the slow reforms favored by Sony management.

The idea Loeb is pushing is sensible enough: Sony should split its movies and music division off from the rest of the company and make it a separate, publicly traded firm with an initial public offering for a 15-20% stake in the company, backstopped by Third Point.

Leob说得不算数，平井说得不算数数，拿出个彭博的新闻结果也是跟Leob一样的说法，非要认定自己看到的才是对了，服了

一个是投资者要求出售游戏业务，一个是投资者赞扬游戏业务excellent，能一样吗？

别转进又扯华尔街日报了，到底Leob要求卖PS业务没？

没有，我早承认了

Leob也没要求索尼卖VAIO吧？结果不还卖了

巨硬真卖了Xbox我黑巨硬一辈子

PC和TV业务是被严厉批评了的，vaio的出售早就在日程之上，因为win8延迟了一年多
