ICO我不清楚，但是To Heart 2倒是的确中招了，因为Xvid是GPL的
LGPL的话，这方面的规定就要松不少，很多自由软件库都是用LGPL的，这样也可以用到商业软件里

不过！即使开放了源代码也是要收钱的，600刀一套，你还别嫌贵，嘿嘿

On December 12, 2005, Aquaplus announced that the source code for To Heart 2 XRATED, Aruruu to Asobo!!, Tears to Tiara, and Kusari will be released under the GNU General Public License which the Xvid video codec is distributed under, as the games have contained code derived from the codec.

搜索了一下谷歌，发现我以前也转过这个关于ICO的消息的。据说是因为ICO使用了libarc库，但是我现在看这个库的license，好像不是GPL么？好像是BSD？
