Same thing happened to my console but I've managed to get it working. Not sure what exactly I did that made it start working but I kept moving the console (only the power brick and console) to different power outlets across my entire home and eventually when I turned it on it stayed on. After it came on I moved it back to where I wanted it to be set up and had no issues turning it on after that. I also disconnected the power brick numerous times to make sure it was set up properly. The whole process to get it working took me a good 1-2 hours of moving it from power point to another and pressing the on button over and over. I believe the issue is the power brick.
