Lead Tools Programmer

Blizzard is looking for a Lead Tools programmer for the Online Technologies Team. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, be able to balance requirements against implementation, and have the ability to envision and help design work flows. Responsibilities:

Lead Blizzard development of a new CRM implementation.
Lead a small team of tools software engineers.
Develop and maintain critical internal tools
Communicate with other departments to improve existing tools and determine new solutions
Requirements:

Experience developing medium-scale ASP.Net applications in C#
Experience in a full lifecycle CRM implementation within a defined SDLC
Experience using SQL databases - database design, stored procedures
Strong web development experience
UI design skills
Strong communication skills
Management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Plusses

Java/J2EE
E.piphany
XML
Oracle
Reporting and data mining
Localization experience
Knowledge of Korean or French a big plus.
