X1's DRM policy was reversed two days ago, but yes, the preorder numbers were pretty poor... Microsoft also allowed us to preorder far fewer consoles than Sony did, leading me to believe that Microsoft may be having some production issues. Each store is given a numerical cap on their reserves, let's assume 95% preorder rate constitutes insane, if a store needed 100 PS4 preorders, there would only need to be 15 or so for the X1.
