[杂谈] 上次paypal D3被封的后续

经过几次submit ticket 后，等来了这个结果 ：

他说封号是因我的地址是中国，不能买，不过后来因我是合法（？）用户，所以还是开了，
但我想下钱还是没给的样子，还是等下吧，再问下我的交易完成没。
