作者是 Neill Corlett，他的工程被认为是英化史上里程碑式的壮举，

据说最终版是2000年发布的，另外一个3人补丁是06年发的

Due to the increasing popularity of video game ROMs and the quick progress of emulators at the time, the translated version of Seiken Densetsu 3 was made available to many players from around the world in 2000.[5] Its translation is considered a milestone in fan translation history, as Seiken Densetsu 3 makes use of a complex compression algorithm and had proven to be a significant challenge for all who had attempted to translate it before Corlett's team.

Three-player Patch
In late 2006, a three-player patch was released by a member of the emulation community; this patch allowed up to three human players to participate in the ROM version of the game, similar to Secret of Mana

对了，这盘卡能做出来确实很神奇，不知是怎么制造的。。。。。。。。

最近的皇骑2可以考虑制卡。。。。。。 不过一张卡（假设做成日版的那样）至少要卖1000RMB以上才能盈利吧

真是我等福音啊，在蝌蚪文满天飞的时代....
不过我也是觉得怪，2代都有的英文版，到了3代就没了...
3以后的圣剑传说就渣化了...唉

没什么奇怪的，SQUARE 在SFC上的RPG只有不到50%发行了英文版，
毕竟那个时候MD的动作射击在欧美是主流，（MD动作射击游戏占90%，而SFC的RPG我粗略估计有60%以上）
这也导致了CHRONO TRIGGER 等游戏的价格走高
