上次amazon买一送一，尝试买了几张，今天到货3张，兴奋。。。拆。。。放入ps3。。。结果，两张正常，一张ps3读了半天没反应。。。。晕倒。。。
(想上张图,但找不到论坛上附件的地方?)

请问各位，能要求amazon退换呢？费用如何？哪种方案比较合理？
