国区Apple账户好久没登录了，今天翻出老设备提示无法登录apple id

通过 https://iforgot.apple.com/unlock 来解锁，依然提示“此 Apple 账户已锁定，无法使用”

打400热线联系苹果人工客服，客服说他们也没办法。

我提出只要余额，不要账户。客服建议我等几周再请求解锁试试运气。

喷了，封号不退款的，全世界恐怕只有苹果一家了吧。

我美区的号也莫名其妙被封号拉，一只当主力号用的，除了美国地址是假的外从没违规，亚马逊礼品卡充值，而且大半年没充值。

反正你要理由也不会给你，就是永封，真神了

我也发生过 一样的问题 国服 ID 被锁 据说是由于太久没有使用, 打电话给客服, 他们说需要一点时间 让我等几天, 确实后来就解封了.

喷了 我美服账号还有 100 刀余额，瑟瑟发抖……

之前美区ID也是等了一个月左右再试就解封了。

美服也是封了，说是风险机制自动封的，解不了，很神奇，客服说为了保护用户隐私，他们没有权限操作，就是解不了

你需要打 ID 当地的客服! 当然接电话的可能是 阿三. 我自己的经验是可以交流的 (当然你要会基本英语)

To recover from a security lock, you must verify ownership via iforgot.apple.com. If the account dates back to the era of security questions and you cannot remember them, you will likely need to initiate Apple's structural Account Recovery process.

2. Policy-Based Deletion (Rare but Official)
According to the official iCloud Terms and Conditions (Section V, Subsection B), Apple reserves the right to terminate an account after 1 year of continuous inactivity.

"Apple may terminate your Account upon 30 days' prior notice via email to the address associated with your Account if (a) your Account has been inactive for one (1) year; or (b) there is a general discontinuance of the Service or any part thereof."

Reality vs. Policy
Enforcement is loose: While the terms allow deletion after 1 year, Apple historically rarely enforces this strict timeline for basic accounts—many users successfully log into accounts untouched for a decade.

Paid accounts are safe: If the account has an active paid iCloud+ subscription or a lingering store credit balance, it is generally exempt from automated inactivity deletion.

If you have an old account you wish to preserve, simply logging into account.apple.com once a year is sufficient to reset the inactivity timer.

就是因为企业用这个免责。你没用2段认证被盗号了我们不负责。你用了2段认证你自己进不去是你自己的问题。企业侧没一点问题。鸡贼得很。

不开两步验证的就会被锁。不过解锁也就是发个邮件的事，还没碰到过直接把账号封了的情况。后来嫌麻烦都开了两步验证
