This is the first time it has been shown. It's really high quality animation -- handdrawn characters with presumably 3D background elements. The background music is the Japanese version of the song which is sung by Bonnie Pink. The US version will have an English version by her.

North America release for Tales of Vesperia will be in August some time. Europe will be in 2009.
